Since 2012 Russian MEMS Association has started the cooperation with the U.S. company Coventor - the leading supplier of software, developed and designed specially for manufacturers of integrated devices, developers and manufacturers of MEMS, as well as for design centers, which specialize in implementation of any particular stage of MEMS devices production for automotive, aerospace, defense, heavy industry, medicine, etc., as well as for applications in consumer electronics, including smartphones, tablets, and gaming systems.Since 1996, Coventor provides the unique product which allows carrying out the development of device, its design and construction of a behavioral model before transferring to production, thus reducing time frames and cost.
At the present moment 80% of products on the world market of MEMS devices are designed with the help of Coventor software. Among consumers of software products there are such world famous companies as Honeywell (USA), Analog Devices (USA), Sony (Japan), Philips (Denmark), Colibrys (Switzerland), Tronics (France), Imec (Belgium), and many others.
Cooperation of RAMEMS and Coventor opens new opportunities and perspectives for the developing market of MEMS devices for different companies from Russia and CIS.
